Focused Curriculum, Instruction, Meaningful Data, and Workflows are scoped separately based on your school’s priorities and what we learn together through Visibility. Fees for work in those drivers are determined with you based on the scope of the work.

Frequently asked questions

How do we decide how many student seats to purchase?+
Count the students you plan to assess in the covered grades for the school year. If enrollment grows mid-year, additional seats can be added at any time and prorated to your term.
What does the annual subscription include?+
Every student seat includes full access to True Progress assessments, diagnostics, and reporting — plus live support, onboarding, and ongoing guidance from True Progress throughout the school year.
What does the first-year implementation fee cover?+
Rostering and SSO setup, implementation and workflow planning, faculty onboarding, live professional development, data-review sessions, and intervention-evaluation guidance across your first year.
What forms of payment do you accept?+
Purchase orders, checks, ACH and bank transfers, and major credit cards. Invoicing is net-60.
What is your refund policy?+
If True Progress is not meeting your school's needs within the first 90 days, we will refund all fees in full — the subscription and the implementation fee. No questions asked.
How are fees for the other four drivers determined?+
Work in Focused Curriculum, Instruction, Meaningful Data, and Workflows is scoped with you based on your school's priorities. Fees are set by the scope of the engagement, in writing, before work begins.
Do you share our students' data with anyone?+
No. True Progress does not share student data with third parties. Your school's data is kept securely and is deleted at the request of your school administrator. Read more in our privacy policy.
What are the technical requirements?+
True Progress runs in any modern browser on Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, and iPads. There is nothing to install. Rostering can be handled directly or through Clever or ClassLink.
