What is included in the annual subscription?

How do we decide how many student seats to purchase?
Count the students you plan to assess in the covered grades for the school year. If enrollment grows mid-year, additional seats can be added at any time and prorated to your term.
What are the technical requirements?
True Progress runs in any modern browser on Chromebooks, laptops, desktops, and iPads. Rostering can be handled directly or through Clever or ClassLink SSO.
Do you share our students' data with anyone?
No. True Progress does not share student data with third parties. Your school's data is kept securely and is deleted at the request of your school or district administrator. Read more in our privacy policy.
Do we need a subscription for every student?
True Progress is designed as a school-wide system so that every student is seen and no gap is missed. Partial-school rollouts are available for pilots and specific cohorts — we will size the plan to match how you want to begin.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept purchase orders, checks, ACH and bank transfers, and major credit cards. Invoicing terms are standard for independent schools.
What is your refund policy?
If True Progress is not meeting your school's needs within the first 90 days, we will refund the annual subscription in full. No questions asked.
