This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information through our websites, iPad web app, web-based applications, assessments, reports, professional learning services, artificial intelligence features, and related student success tools (collectively, the "Services").

True Progress was formerly associated with Track My Progress. References to True Progress in this policy include any legacy Track My Progress services or systems operated by True Progress.

1. Note to Parents and Guardians

When your child's school uses True Progress, the school controls your child's educational records. True Progress processes student information only to provide school-authorized educational services.

If you have questions about your child's records, or if you want to access, correct, or delete information connected to your child's school account, please contact your school. We will work with the school to respond to valid requests.

True Progress does not sell student personal information. We do not use student personal information for targeted advertising. We do not use student personal information to build marketing profiles.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through the Services described above, including school portals, assessment delivery, reporting, professional learning materials, and supporting websites and applications operated by True Progress.

3. Information We Process

We process information provided by schools, educators, and authorized users in order to deliver the Services. Categories may include account information, school-provided rostering data, assessment responses, learning records, and limited technical information such as device and log data needed to operate the Services securely.

4. How We Use Information

We use information to deliver and improve the Services, provide reports and guidance to schools, support educators, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations. Student information is used only for school-authorized educational purposes.

We share information with service providers that support the Services under written agreements requiring appropriate confidentiality and security. We do not sell personal information. We disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of users and the Services.
