As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the one who carries the flame of our vision to new schools, opening doors, sparking conversations, and ensuring school leaders feel the invitation to step into something bigger than themselves.

The Role

Your work is not “cold calling.” It is sacred outreach — connecting with those who carry the weight of student success, and showing them there is another way.

  • Identify & Engage → Research, reach out, and start conversations with Heads of School, Student Support Directors, and other decision makers in independent schools.
  • Share the Vision → Introduce the True Progress story with clarity, conviction, and warmth — not pushing, but illuminating.
  • Nurture & Qualify → Guide leaders from curiosity to commitment, setting the stage for deeper conversations with our founder and growth team.
  • Fuel Momentum → Keep the pipeline alive with steady, disciplined outreach that multiplies visibility and amplifies the mission.
