As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the one who carries the flame of our vision to new schools, opening doors, sparking conversations, and ensuring school leaders feel the invitation to step into something bigger than themselves.
The Role

Identify & Engage
Research, reach out, and start conversations with Heads of School, Student Support Directors, and other decision makers in independent schools.
Share the Vision
Introduce the True Progress story with clarity, conviction, and warmth — not pushing, but illuminating.
Nurture & Qualify
Guide leaders from curiosity to commitment, setting the stage for deeper conversations with our founder and growth team.
