As Founding Growth Partner, you will take the torch of visibility, growth, and relationship-building and carry it into the world:

• Sales & Growth → Open doors with school leaders, nurture conversations, and help schools step into the True Progress movement.
• Content & Storytelling → Share our vision through case studies, stories, and thought leadership that inspire action.
• School Success → Support schools already in the system so they are seen, served, and successful.
• Catalyst for Scale → Build systems and rhythms that multiply initial efforts and prepare the company for rapid growth.
